1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Drop My Meals Partner Portal ("Platform," "Service," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Drop My Meals.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Complete identity verification as required (Aadhaar, PAN verification)

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Google OAuth authentication
• Mobile number with OTP verification

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Ensuring that your account information is up to date

4. Identity Verification

As part of our onboarding process, you must complete identity verification using:

• Aadhaar Verification: Submission of Aadhaar number and supporting documents
• PAN Verification: Submission of PAN number and verification through OTP or DigiLocker
• Mobile Verification: OTP-based mobile number verification

You agree to provide authentic, valid, and current documents. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may subject you to legal action.

5. Use of the Platform

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the integrity and security of the Platform

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Drop My Meals and protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Drop My Meals or their respective owners
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission
• You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations

7. Payment and Billing

If you use paid features of our Platform:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your account
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous access to our Platform, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• We are required to do so by law
• You fail to pay required fees (for paid services)
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop My Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drop My Meals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through:

• First, attempting good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws
• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
